Support for Internal Projects

File Server Audit

As part of the internal projects, we participated in a file server audit project during which we reviewed and consolidated the permissions configured on the file servers. The process included redesigning and validating access rights together with the decision-makers of the respective business areas, followed by the implementation of the approved permissions.

Enhancing Information Security

In this internal project, we audited and consolidated the working environment of administrative users. The audit included identifying users with administrative roles and creating dedicated user accounts specifically for administrative tasks. The project also involved migrating permissions, implementing stricter password policies, and introducing two-factor authentication.

After securing the user accounts, we focused on strengthening the security of the working environment itself. Each user received a dedicated virtual workstation from which administrative tasks could be performed. These workstations were deployed within a more restricted environment, where, for example, internet access was disabled.
