The company was founded by Balázs Truczka, who brings more than two decades of experience in designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft environments, including professional experience at Microsoft. 

Since its founding in 2009, Aptim has focused on supporting enterprise organizations, initially delivering monitoring, SLA, and reporting solutions. Over the years, we have continuously expanded our portfolio, and today we cover the full spectrum of Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace technologies. 

Our team builds on extensive experience in complex enterprise environments and has successfully delivered numerous projects involving mission-critical systems. Our approach is centered on reliability, security, and long-term sustainability. 

 The company’s leadership was further strengthened in 2020 when László Rubóczki joined Aptim as an owner. Today, we serve a broad client portfolio and bring significant project experience, with the goal of becoming a trusted Microsoft partner in the international market.
